Introduction to core members

National Taiwan University EE BS graduated at 1993/EE MS graduated at 1995/EMBA 2018 and EE PhD candidate.
Over 20 years of experience in the design and development of wireless Radio Frequency (RF) and Mixed-Signal circuits and systems, as well as RF transceivers and System-on-Chip (SOC) designs.
Experience in the design of 5G/4G/3G/2G/NB-IOT/CDMA/WLAN/BT/GPS/Beidou/FM/DECT technologies.
Experience in collaboration with semiconductor foundries including TSMC, UMC, Charter, Maxim, ST Micro, IBM, Jazz, and SMIC.
Extensive team leadership experience, having served in various capacities such as project lead, technical director, team founder, and executive at notable companies including Airoha, MediaTek, Via, Via Telecom, and Intel (Taiwan). Led cross-border teams of over 50 members in executing international projects.
Primary author of IEEE papers and inventor of multiple key patents.

B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, National Taiwan University; Executive MBA, National Taiwan University, completed in 2026.
21 years of experience in business operations, market development, and team leadership at Agilent/Keysight. Formerly served as the head of the software department for Keysight in Taiwan.
Experience in the electronics industry (CMOS/GaAs foundries, IC design, Modules, System companies), wireless (5G/6G/WiFi…), and wired (high-speed digital) applications.

With rich academic and professional experience in the field of optical communications, Dr. Feng was actively involved in the booming development of the optical communications industry in the early 2000s in the United States. After returning to Taiwan, he led the Fiber Optic Communication Laboratory at National Tsing Hua University. He has made numerous publications in areas such as All Optical Switching System and OFDM. Dr. Feng is one of the few professors in the field of communication systems with practical experience.

Mr. Ku, the former Director of the Realtek Semiconductor Business Group, has over 25 years of experience in digital IC & architecture design, including mixed-signal processing, digital signal processing, and communication system algorithms. He currently serves as a technical consultant for a top-10 market-cap company in Taiwan.

With more than 35 years of experience in reliability and battery field research, Dr. Tan has assisted the world’s top companies in improving their operating procedures and improving the reliability of development, research, production processes and products. Through cooperation with Dr. Tan, we ensure that the reliability of our products meets the needs of industrial applications. We also developed many patents together with Dr. Tan in the battery field, hoping to further contribute to the sustainable development of green energy.

With over 25 years of experience in the packaging field, Dr. Wu has led the Electrical Testing Laboratory at ASE Group, making him one of the few experts in Taiwan with in-depth research in areas such as packaging structure, circuit design, simulation measurement, and testing technology. Dr. Wu assists us in improving package architecture and antenna design, which are critical to ensuring our customers are satisfied with our product.
